Service delivery
We do not ship anything. Here is where the service happens and when it starts.
Draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Everything below describes what Sahayata Care actually does today, and the limits are real ones taken from our own service rules. It still needs a legal read before it is relied on. Last updated 11 September 2026.
1. We do not ship anything
Sahayata Care is a service, delivered in person. There is no product to post, no courier and no tracking number. This page exists because payment providers ask every merchant for a delivery policy, and ours is worth stating plainly.
2. Where the service is delivered
At the elderly person's own home, and wherever we go with them — the clinic, the hospital, the diagnostic centre, the bank, the government office. We work in KPHB and the phases around it, Hyderabad, Telangana. If your parents live elsewhere in the city, ask us: we will tell you honestly whether we can reach them yet rather than take the money and find out.
3. When it starts
The free first visit is normally arranged within three working days of you asking. Once a plan is paid for, the service begins from the date agreed in the care plan — usually immediately, and never later than seven days from payment.
4. When we work
Any day, 9am to 8pm. Visits are scheduled with the household in advance. We are not an emergency service and do not hold a night rota; in a medical emergency call 112 or 108 first.
5. Things bought on your behalf
Medicines, groceries and other errand purchases are handed over at the house on the same visit. What the shop charged is what you pay; the fetching is what your plan covers.
6. If a visit cannot happen
If we cannot come on a day we agreed, we tell you before the slot, not after, and we offer another. A visit missed on our side is not deducted from your month.
