The difference is how often somebody is there.
A plan is a monthly budget of visits — somebody at their door, or beside them at the doctor, the bank, the diagnostic centre. Everything else rides on top: the care manager, the record, the app, hospital help, and every booking we make for you.
Not every plan we have written is open yet. Below about forty households our shared overhead is larger than the difference between one tier and the next — so we would be charging you for a distinction we cannot actually hold apart. If none of these is the shape you want, say so and we will put you on the list for the one that is.
Four things that are true about the price.
The first visit is free
We come to the house, meet your parents, and write the care plan before any money changes hands. If it is not for you, that is the end of it.
What we arrange is billed by whoever does it
A nurse, a physiotherapist, a plumber, a lab. We find them, book them and stand beside your parents — their fee is theirs, and you pay them directly.
Some things are billed per trip
Dialysis and chemotherapy runs, and travel outside the city. One dialysis patient at three sessions a week would use a whole month's plan by itself, so those are quoted separately rather than pretended away.
We never handle your money
No deposits, no hospital counters, no cash from a relative. Not a night rule — the rule.
