Sahayata Care
Always on your side

They want to grow old in their own house. Not in an old age home.

Sahayata is the person who is there when you cannot be. A named care manager who knows your parents, and somebody who goes with them — to the doctor, the bank, the diagnostic centre, the government counter.

What we do

Six groups. One person holding all of them together.

Everything Sahayata does falls into six groups. Your care manager decides, with you, what your parents actually need — and then arranges it, goes with them, or handles the desk.

If they need a hospital

We are not an emergency service. This is what we actually do.

If something medical happens, call 112 or 108 first. They are free, and they are faster than we are. Then call us — because everything after that call is the part a family abroad cannot do down a phone line.

  • Ambulance booked and coordinated
  • Their address, blood group, allergies and preferred hospital, ready to read out
  • Somebody with them at the hospital
  • Admission and the paperwork handled at the counter
  • The doctors and the hospital staff dealt with
  • The family kept informed by the person who is standing there

We work published hours and we say so. Nobody on this payroll is clinical, and there is no night rota yet — so a round-the-clock promise we could not answer at 3am would be worse than no promise at all. When that changes, this box will carry the actual times: answered within, ambulance called within, somebody at the door within.

What it costs

A plan is a monthly budget of visits.

The difference between them is how often somebody is there. The care manager, the record, the app and hospital help ride on top of every plan.

How it starts

Four steps, and the first one is a conversation.

01

You talk to us

On the phone or on WhatsApp — often a video call with a son or daughter abroad. We ask what a bad week looks like in your house.

02

We come to the house

We meet your parents where they live, look at the stairs and the bathroom, read the prescriptions, and write the care plan with them.

03

You get a name, not a call centre

One care manager who knows the household, and a field executive — police verified — who does the going and the queueing.

04

You see everything

Every visit, every prescription, every bill, in the app. Notes and photos after each visit, so distance stops being guesswork.
